  In the middle of June/2010 I signed up with business checking, savings, credit card merchant account, personal checking and personal savings account. Christopher Fondow and Melvin Wade were my personal bankers who signed me up. Once I signed on the dotted line I never heard from them again. I was supposed to receive a contract and program guide for my merchant account, NOT. Still have not to this day. I called Melvin Wades manager, left messages, NOTHING!!!. Melvin Wade was supposed to help me transfer from my old merchant bank batching to my new one, NOT. I had to figure it all out on my own and call numerous numbers, wait, wait, and then wait some more to talk to an actual human. I then get penalized for 150.00 for insufficient funds for my merchant account. I finally got a hold of Melvin Wade and said he tried to recover the fee because he did not go through the proper steps for setting me up with my merchant account. To this day I still have not been refunded. Melvin Wade left on leave September 9 with no phone call, follow up. You would think his colleges would have a customer list to follow up any pending situations, Not Wells Fargo. For my Personal and General accounts, I was supposed to receive checks debit cards for all accounts, NOT! After a week I called the branch and was greeted by a VERY RUDE Female, I guess thats their M.O., when I spoke to Christopher Fondow, he said I should be getting them shortly. After a few more days I decided to stop in. Chris figured out that he sent them to a wrong address. So he immediately cancelled those cards, ordered me new ones. He said he could order me checks because the first checks I ordered never got processed, Translation: He forgot to order the first set of checks. He transfered to another branch in Pine Top, AZ, I feel sorry for them. Wells Fargo has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. No integrity, all they want are the numbers you provide. I will tell everyone I know to never switch to Wells Fargo. If they have accounts there, I will share my experience and have them change institutions. If the rating system had a negative rating I would give them that. I think one star is way too much. Nick L.
