- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Literally took less than 20 seconds! It's been a busy hectic day for me and I needed to take a package to UPS to return to Amazon. I didn't have the package labels taped on and wasn't sure what to do. The man at front desk (wish I asked his name) saw my unsure look and opened his arms and said, "I'll take care of it". I said "well I haven't even taped the labels on yet". He said I'll take care of all of that for you". I said "so... that's all?". With a smile he said "Yep, that's it". - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was reluctant to go here after reading the previous reviews but my experience was completely positive. There was a very friendly man who helped me with my small package and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The process was extremely easy and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. There was no waiting in line. The store was very clean. I was able to send my small package for just $12 and I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs a package delivered.By Aaron Perna, May 03, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called asking about a fax and was told it would be $1 took the bus all the way hear to be told no it's $2.25. Then she proceeded to call another chick to say I was not told that. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would give half star if possible. I went in today was greeted as expected. But while in the middle of being helped the clerk takes a personal call from the company phone and instead of saying can I call you back. Says I'm with a customer I'll try my best to give you the information needed. I'm sorry but not professional at all. So after the phone call the rest of my check out only took under 3 minutes. So instead of being there and getting done what I needed that should of taken 6 min I was there over 20 min because of a personal phone call that should of waited until I was done.By Adriana Fimbres, October 23, 2016
