  Mr. Scoresby handled my daughter's child support case. My daughter filed the paperwork and was prepared to go to court, but my husband persuaded her to hire an attorney to handle her case. We were referred to Mr. Scoresby by a business associate. Big mistake. Not only did Mr. Scoresby perform poorly in court - he never confronted our daughter's ex-husband when he stated under oath that he had his children half time when he only had his sons one or two days a week for the past two years, but then refused to give back the $5,000.00 retainer, which was supposedly only to retain his services, not pay for court costs. We paid anywhere from $1,400.00 to $2,700.00 a month for his services. Mr. Scoresby, to rephrase a Bon Jovi song, "You give Mormons a bad name."

  My ex-wife hired Kyle Scoresby in our divorce. Before she hired Kyle we were 90 percent in agreement with how we wanted to divide everything up. When Kyle became involved my ex became convinced that she was entitled to everything and that 90 percent became zero. I didn't have a lawyer and was convinced that it shouldn't take thousands of dollars to divide by two. Long story short, I came out with more than I had originally asked for, and Kyle sent my ex to collections for $16,000. Money well spent?
