  Update for 2016 tax season: I ,once again, went into tax season sweaty and nervous, and, once again, Tyler at Mesquite Tax worked his magic for me. Glad to say I came out unscathed and am so very glad to have a knowledgeable ally like him on my side to deal with the IRS! Thanks again Tyler!!!! I am SO grateful to Tyler at Mesquite Tax for taking the gigantic hot mess train-wreck stack of poorly organized tax documents I presented him with and in about an hour turned them into an AWESOME refund for me! Very professional (and patient) and affordable! 10 stars! :D

  Tyler is hands-down one of the best accountants I've ever worked with. I'll be honest, I'm pretty disorganized when it comes to my taxes. I work a lot and have very little time for keeping track of records, dates, details, etc. When Tyler stepped-in, he took the wheel and guided the whole process. He asked all the questions needed to get me to dig up the records and dates that were critical to getting my taxes in order. He was patient, thorough, and completely helpful. I never felt any ego from him or rushed in anyway -- which is not always the case with other accountants. He maximized my return by not only digging through the details, but he properly organized the right forms without my prompting. He just took charge and it was great! I was also impressed with his presentation. I've used other firms to do my taxes in the past and honestly all I was given was an email with brief summary. Tyler sent me a comprehensive packet that included a cover sheet, all my tax forms, my records, various summaries and instructions. I was impressed! I would highly recommend Tyler and Mesquite Tax any day of the week! I'll definitely be using his services again.
