  Horrible customer service. They claim that they only give you 2 times a year to make payment arrangements past your due date. I had one set called the day of to tell them the funds have not been deposited to my account and gave them all the information saying it would be there Friday, they stated it was not their problem. Come Friday I tried to pay my bill on their kiosks and it said I was not allowed to. All weekend I tried taking photos achieve time. I called on Monday and was told that was not their problem that was a third party vendor. When I said I couldn't get off work by the time they closed they again said not their problem. Monday evening I called left a message for the "manager" terrie tommi no call back. Tuesday called and asked for again, not available left another message. Wednesday they turned off services called again was told again it's not their problem, left a message AGAIN. Finally got a call back from the most disrespectful inconsiderate human I have ever met. She was rude and insulting. Over talked me the entire call and had the odasidy to insult my inability to pay my bills. How she got to be a manager is beyond me. If you can avoid this company I would do so at all costs. When I informed her of their current F rating on the better business Bureau she said that was false and they didn't have one. Then decided to up my bill from 134 to 347 saying she is increasing my deposit without notification. Someone has a child like mentality with a power trip! I now have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint and requested assistance from the mayors office. I took the advise of another person who complained and found 2 feet or dirt on my meter. No way they have been checking it with 2 feet of dirt ghats still has yet to be moved. This places is crazy crooked and scam artists on a good day. Tomorrow is contacting news agencies. Thankfully I recorded all my calls with them to back me up.

  I called in to report trash in the streets every time their trucks come through our neighborhood. They told me that there was nothing they could do for me. So what I show in the picture is acceptable to them.
