- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Today 4/4/16, was the second time that I went in to this Branch to open a savings account. The first time I went in, just a week ago, I got there before their "Banker" did, so I couldn't open one then. Ok, bummer. So. I go back today, and guess what? You have to set up an appointment to do any kind of banking other than what you can do at the cashier desk. Seriously??? Why didn't anyone tell me that last week? New policy, but nobody knows it! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I needed a document notarized and direct deposit info for my new employer. Teller told me to sign in and have a seat. I waited 20 minutes before someone came out and acknowledged me. I was told the notary would be with me in about 20 minutes. I wouldn't have minded the 20 minute wait but waiting 40 minutes for ANYTHING is excessive. I asked if they could at least give me the direct deposit print-out (because I can't get that anywhere but a Chase, and can go to a notary tons of other places) and he said, "Of course.
