- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★These good folks have been absolutely fantastic! I switched to Chase because I needed an international access. It all went super while overseas. Later I had a house fire and they were great; helped me set up an escrow account for the rebuild and did all they could to help. I can't speak more highly of this branch and it's team. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience at at bank ever!!! I recived the worst service from teller Kyle R. Townsend. From the moment that I walked up he seemed bothered and annoyed to be helping me. It seemed to me that he was trying to find any excuse to not cash my check and I really didn't understand why? Once he did all his verifications and called the check issuer and even gave him a hard time for not knowing the exact amount, HIS ATTITUDE STILL CONTINUED! When it was time to give me my change he pretty much tosses it at me , to the point the change didn't land in my hand . I have sent branch manager Amber an e mail, and I really hope to hear from her. I truly believe I deserve an apology from Kyle and an explanation to his rude behavior. Even the customer next in line said his behavior was unbalivable. And like I told that customer " such a shame , his mother must not have thought him any manners". I really hope they pull the videos and see what horrific experience I had. I will have my husband close his business account and I'm sure the check issuer will be upset that he will have to find another way to pay us for our business , all due to the teller Kyle R. Townsend Chase has representing them. On the other hand the banker on duty was very nice and so polite.
