  I use to like coming to cash1 for when i needed emergency money. That has changed because of this location. I will never come back here for anything even if they paid me. The store manager was very argumentative when i called asking why they charged my bank account when i had made an arrangment to pay the following week. She then decide to put words in my mouth saying i said i do it all the time when i do not, and i had never said that on the phone. She is the reason i will not be back here i will go to another location if need be. Cecelia is an example of the store manager i would not want to work with or deal with as a customer. The employees are great very nice and helpful. If it wasnt for their store manager i would have given 5 stars.

  Inquired online, received a phone call from the call center telling me what all I needed to bring to the store and that I would leave w/ $700 cash in hand that day. I didn't believe they would be able to help me let alone that much, but I decided I wouldn't know if I didn't try. I arrived at the store and was greeted by Phillip who helped me with the process which took about 20 mins. He was very helpful. And to my amazement, I walked out with the exact amount that the lady on the phone said I would. I highly recommend this store and I'm mad at myself for not trying it sooner.

  I came in not knowing exactly what to expect but Phil May was very helpful and I paid off my loan with no problems. All the customer service people I've spoken to have been very nice. I would recommend to those in an emergency and hopefully can pay off their loan as soon as possible since interest is high.

  UPDATE: This company bought out my auto repair loan from another company and had me at a really good interest rate with lower payments. Fernando was a big help, cool guy. Unfortunately, I needed money last week and I didn't know where to go except this place, because they call you every week asking if you want to take out available credit on your loan. So I did, I took out $200, they told me my payment day would be the same, that my interest rate was still the same, and everything was updated. Then this morning I get a text that I owe a payment tomorrow instead of in a few weeks or a month. I called and spoke with the manager and she was reluctant to help me with what I wanted. Now I have to go back there for a third time and update the terms of payments even though I shouldn't have to. You only have to screw someone over with their money one time to lose their trust. That's what happened with me right now. ORIGINAL (4 stars): I originally had a loan through Auto Repair Lending and they decided they didn't want me as a customer anymore even though I never missed a payment and never had a problem. So they asked Cash 1 to take over my loan. Fernando was really helpful and got me a lower interest rate and loan total. It wasn't a quick process but it was worth the wait. I've been looking to pay off my title loan sooner and now I can.
