  I have had to come onto the location per i am awaiting my debit card. Each time the wait in line is horrendous! Always a line and alway always short staffed. I have waited in line each time for no less than 20-25mins!! They dont staff 1 person for the window so the only 2 teller they keep are taking forever always. And texhnically you only have 1 teller ever 25mins, because the other teller is bouncing over to the window. But yet there are 5 workers and 2-3 are hovering around.

  They put holds on checks without notifying you, then claim they did give that information. Then surprise you with overdraft fees. Also, won't exchange foreign currency.

  So far I like what I see with this bank and I haven't been with them too long. Compass definitely seems to be a lot better than some of the other big banks around. The customer service was good at this branch is very good. I like what I see so far.

  I love this bank and this location. Staff is very polite and kind. If one employee does not know the answer They will get the answer for you. I've never had an issue with them. Safe, clean and friendly environment. The staff does not hide behind bullet proof glass so it feels very friendly. I and my family feel safe, secure and at home while conducting our business there. I recommend this location and bank to everyone. Even more so for our southern, or country down home type people. You will not be let down!
