  If you choose to go to this location PACK A LUNCH OR DINNER. ONE TELLER 9 -10 CUSTOMERS waiting. At least 7 customers came and left because of the wait, after waiting 45 minutes the one teller finally helped me. I feel sorry for her. The managers comment was they will never have more than 2 tellers. She was trying encourage the costumers to do electronic banking. However these customers do not have the means for electronic banking.

  I avoid this branch whenever possible (it is closest to my house). When I have been there, only one teller is at the counter, and others are walking around, no matter how long the line. Often the wait is long (10-30 minutes). I have never seen them open up more tellers to make the line go faster. Rather, I have heard them tell the people in line they have to wait because people refuse to use the ATM. You can often save time by going to a different branch. The tellers and personal bankers here are very friendly, but the management is stubborn. I was unfairly charged by the bank once. I explained it to the acting manager, who said, "That's just the way it is done", and she wouldn't reverse the charge. I went to a near-by branch, and the manager gladly reversed the charge. The management here doesn't have a sense of customer service. I gave 2 stars, because when you can get to a teller or personal banker, they are great.

  I don't know, I hear what the other reviews are saying, but I had a pretty good experience here, at least on my very first visit there today. The staff were prompt, friendly, even fast, and not at all grumpy about the fact that me and several other people came in just about 10 minutes before they closed.

  This by far is the worst location. wait time is insane i have spent 40 minutes in line before .in an area surrounded by 55 and older housing alot of seniors cannot stand in line that long ..this branch went downhill when they took out the drive thru....now they want you to do thier job by sending you out to the atm..Go somewhere else
