- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★After failing to receive help calling generic customer service I went into this branch for help regarding my account. I would like to give a shout out to the banker who helped Elena Jaimes who was able to quickly resolve my issue. My problem required follow up, and she accommodated my schedule and called me the next day. Thank you Elena for your amazing help and customer service.
