  Do I really have to give this place a star? This is by far the worst government building I have ever been to. They treat you like garbage and as if you are unworthy of their help. The only decent person there was the security guard. The woman at the front desk was unbelievable; she was very rude and would continuously interrupt me. She acted as if she was above everyone else. This place is terrible and needs new people who have better personalities and have compassion for others. I wish I could give this place -5 stars.

  Horrible, cocky women to greet you. Of course, look where they work. Would you want to work there? Would you befriend anyone working for the IRS? Should you absolutely have to deal with these morons, don't let it get to you, now that you are pre-warned. When you finally walk out the office after your dealings, go home HAPPY. Happy that you are going home to your family, while they to their miserable lives. Tomorrow you will wake up refreshed, they will wake still working for the IRS.

  the gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful and promised to resolve my issue between 4 and 6 weeks. I recommend anybody to go here if they need help with their taxes and returns.
