- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Nearly 3 years later, same unsatisfactory service. Long line (9 people), today only one teller. You need to make an appointment to speak with someone. They make a mistake when setting up your bank card with an account with them and their explanation is "That is wired". The staff is polite when you get the opportunity to speak with someone at least. There's no way I'd do my personal banking with this bank #BofABy Dan W, July 16, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service. All I needed was to know if a wallet was had been left on Friday, and no one answered. I called over and over for an hour (no option to leave a message, and it hangs up on you after a few rings) and when I finally did reach a person they sent me back to the automated system!! Omg!
